I discovered that the Goodwill in my area has a computer parts section.
I'll be heading there Saturday to build myself a computer.
Problem is, I don't need a computer. I was just planning on building a Linux machine to do whatever with. I've been throwing around the idea of a server or raid 0 storage.
What other geeky things could I use it for?

I'm not wasting a computer on firewalls. I am not going to use any monitors on it. I don't see much income in bitcoin mining. It isn't worth it to me. Thanks for the help but I am just going to build a whole box to use in the background as something. |

Game server
VOIP server
Web server
Other
I feel like there are better things I could do.

Update: I bought enough parts today to build 4 computers.I only expect maybe 1 or 2 to work.
Now I have no idea what to do with them.
