Our Team of admins are here to help so if you have any questions not answered here please seek them out.
We have all our official members broken up into groups. You will see the leaders of said groups often on the threads. Some examples of the highest of these groups is the Community admins and Game admins. What is most important is that you know how to get yourself added to the Citizen group, or our official members group.
All you have to do is post your introduction in the thread bellow this one. Spend some time getting to know the community by posting in your favored game threads. Then go to your profile and click on the groups tab to petition to join the Citizen group. Then an Admin will review your petition and profile. And barring any reason why you would not be welcome, i.e. being disrespectful to your fellow members or breaking any rules, you will be allowed to join the ranks of Citizens.
Keep in mind that the group names and the Forums ranks are separate things. You gain ranks by making posts that's it. You get into the better groups based on your behavior in the community and how much you participate.
Should you need any help please seek the help of your first line supervisor. For example if you are a citizen and you have an issue in the forums seek out the help of a Moderator. But if you are having trouble in a game seek the help of that games leadership first before you seek out any one here. Not every one in the forums are playing the same games but the Moderators are able to either help you in the forums or direct you to the person who can. While your in game leaders will be the most knowledgeable in helping you with a particular game issue.
Lastly just have fun and follow the few rules we have and I am sure we will see you in the upper tiers of the community soon.
